Based in Perth, we’re all about community, fun and sharing our love of the outdoors! Our customers are an amazing bunch and range from local families, tourists, school groups, corporate activity days as well as community and disability groups.

We offer lots of paddling fun and courses as well as land activities from archery to bushcraft, Duke of Edinburgh expeditions to bird box building. We run a really diverse program suited to our customers’ needs which often means no two days are the same around here!

What will our Lead Instructor do?

You'll be leading from the front, running all of our activities alongside our team of outdoor activity instructors. As well as delivering excellent products, you'll be responsible for keeping our standards high across our team as well as sometimes being sole Duty Manager and ensuring the centre is running smoothly. What are we looking for in a Lead Instructor?

We pride ourselves on being a family so our main goal is finding someone to fit our fun-loving vibe. All of our staff have great people skills and customer service is paramount. We all have a passion for what we do and someone who reflects those values is a must!
