Based in Perth, we’re all about community, fun and sharing our love of the outdoors! Our customers are an amazing bunch and range from local families, tourists, school groups, corporate activity days as well as community and disability groups.

We offer watersports as well as land activities from archery to bushcraft, Duke of Edinburgh expeditions to bird box building. We run a really diverse program suited to our customers’ needs which often means no two days are the same around here!

What will our instructors do?

The products we run all need different levels of experience, so you’ll slot in based on your experience and qualification level. Our bread and butter during May/June are school activity days as well as our multi-activity Adventure Days during the summer holidays. This is where most new instructors will start with more experienced instructors helping us to run our Taster Sessions, River Tours, Coaching sessions as well as all of the other exciting and wonderful offerings we have.

What do we look for in our instructors?

We pride ourselves on being a family so our main goal is finding someone to fit our fun-loving vibe. We’re all great with people and all have passion for what we do, so someone who reflects those values is a must!

We’re looking for a range of applicants from those who have no qualifications to those who comes with a few seasons of instructing under their belt, so if you think we might be for you please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Ideally anyone who applies would have a background in one of the sports we offer, either canoe, kayaking, paddleboarding or archery would be ideal!

I’m under 18, can I apply?

Unfortunately, our minimum age for Activity Instructors is 18, however, we sometimes hire Assistant Activity Instructors if we find the right person from age 16-18, so feel free to get in touch with Emily if you think this might be for you!
