Wood fired Sauna
Our converted horse box has a wood burning, sauna stove and can comfortably fit around 6 people.
We have various ways you can enjoy our relaxing sauna, enjoy after your swim, on it own, or hire out for a private booking for you to enjoy the benefits for a sauna.
Please be aware that although the sauna has many benefits, including muscle recovery and reducing stress levels, people with low and high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, should at least consult their doctors.
This session is only suitable for 14+ with parents permission.
