Description:

Love paddling? Love Yoga? Why not combine the two and come and join for a session of SUP Yoga!

Use your balancing skills and strengthen up your core muscles, during this hour long session, while our experienced paddleboarder and yoga instructor, Savanna puts you through your paces.

Come for 9.15 am to start at 9.30 am until 10.30 am

Wear comfortable exercise clothing, a light rash vest would be ideal and maybe a light jacket if it is a bit windy, neoprene, water shoes or trainers that you don't mind getting wet.

Bring a change of clothes, bottle of water and a towel
