Hire a Meeting Space near Perth

We have 3 indoor spaces available to rent. Many organisations have found using these spaces for a team meeting before heading outside for some activities is a great way to get the team together and jumpstart some team work and creativity. All meeting room rentals include tea and coffee as well as fridge space if you wanted to bring along some refreshments. We can also suggest some local catering companies if you are looking for something nice for lunch.

Space for a Birthday Party Celebration

Many families would like to extend their birthday party at Willowgate by hiring an indoor space where they can lay out party bags, birthday cake and on one strange occasion make slime! We'd recommend ringing up to book this alongside your birthday party.

Use our Bushcraft Hut

Our bushcraft hut feels rustic and cosy whilst providing a great space for groups to have a fire, share ideas and enjoy being outside. Any type of bushcraft activity must be supervised by an experienced group leader.
