Survival Days

Learn to live off the land!

On this adventure day, we will teach you all you need to know to survive in the wilderness. On a wee island in our wildlife pond, is our rustic bushcraft hut, where you will learn multiple ways to light a cosy fire, how to filter water, and maybe how to cook some traditional Bannock bread over the open flames!

In the little wooded area by the fishery, you’ll put your rope skills to the test as you build a shelter good enough to keep the Scottish weather at bay! Each survival day is a little bit different but, if you’re lucky, we might forage for food, find a wild animal to track or cook something on the open fire!

Survival days are rarer than our usual adventure days so if you see one coming up be sure to jump at the opportunity.
